Skyline hijinx from my roof, shame it was with my mobile.

George St was basically flooding on my way home. A massive storm hit the city around 6:30pm to 7pm. There was a alley way behind these buses that looked like some sort of slippery slide water feature. A dude tried to cross the road in thongs and lost one in the torrent, then lost the other, and started chasing them down the street not being concerned about the slowly moving on coming traffic. He ended up fishing them out from being caught behind the back wheel of a taxi, everyone cheered when he got off the road.

Parramatta Rd @ 7:30pm on a Monday. Strangely empty!

Watching astro and her uni buddies playing a strange version of street hockey. Yes, Wayne's World quotes all round people.

After watching them for a bit I really wanted a go!

This is now.

After 8 years, they still sound great.

This Ibis tried to eat me and my phone in the park today, that pesky blighter. I just go back from playing some bball in what basically consisted of asian league blokes. Man those tall muscle bound asian guys sure know how to play and cause I am the slight taller than average white guy I have to man up again all the pro's, bloody hell.

Giant blow up domes! In the middle of Martin Place! IT was some hair salon promo, BORING!

Meow.

So this potato and carrot mixture is part of the lovely dinner astro cooked for me! It also included corn on the cobb which was BBQ'ed and some green dip like stuff which was also awesome.

Sunday arvo, playing Advance Wars on the DS. Fun!

Taken out to dinner with astro's family in Leichardt, was a great resturant with good company and food.

A little something that has been left all over a few poles around Martin Place from Valentines day. On the flip side of the card there is a message, for some people or some one, I didn't really read it.

Lost my basketball quarter finals tonight, a guy hit a fall away three pointer at the buzzer to beat us. Damn!

A bunch of sorry umbrellas.

Taken when I was up on the roof with astro and her newly arrived sister from Melbourne. I was trying to take a picture of a moon reflection in the sky, but it rapidly deteroriated and the phone camera couldn't pick it up. Shame really, it was a cool red menacing looking moon relfection. oh well.

FYI - I am now 1/3rd of the way through this sucker! Hooray!

Ahh the sky makes it so easy for me.

Took this down near the basketball court near my house, only has one dude picture but there were four guys sitting there sinking beers and wine and making the finishing touches on that piece. They were really into it, look at it from all angles, having discussion over techniques, collaborating, it was fantastic to see and a vast improvement over what was there before (stupid tags on a red brick wall.)

It is refreshing to see a bunch of old graffers doing something that means something important to them without having to hide or do it in fear.

Taken moments after we (best accent) *DESTROYED* San Churro today. It was frickin' awesome. We had the chocolate churros tapas thing and I also had a shake which I couldn't finish cause it was so sugared out, and believe me, for a guy like me to be sugared out it takes a lot!

Exlipse Mints, eat them, they are addictive.

Man, glad the week is over!

Again I tried to take a picture of the underground area just outside Martin Place train station by I monofailed :/ . It was super packed with people then by the time I get the camera out they disperse! grr.

It never stops raining here in Sydney :D

Only photo I took in a busy 5th of Feb, so it is all you get! A blurry shot of Martin Place on my way home at around 8pm.

About 5 seconds before I took this picture it was completely packed and chaotic, then all of a sudden its all empty by the time I pull the phone out. Dammit!

GED TO DA CHOPPAH! Testing my long distance lense on the helicopters landing over at RPA, not a bad shot without a tripod, so of my better shots came out blurry though, boo.

This beer is pretty shit tasting, although it gets a lot better tasting towards the end of the first bottle!

At the international terminal waiting for astros flight, there were so many more people here than I could picture due to some delays, I am so glad she is home!
