Just outside the RBA today, you can always tell if there is a good chance of a rate rise by the amount of reporters and the seriousness of the equipment they bring, if they have a truck for a live cross, definte rise, if it is just a few story shots in the morning and then afternoon most likely, if there is just one or two guys with a camera, outside chance, no one turns up, no rise.
