This was the pizza I made tonight, if you follow my other blog you'll see that I've been on a pizza cooking spree lately. This one is my first attempt at a wholemeal base, and it turned out pretty good and a whole lot tastier than normal flour. I dunno what I like about the wholemeal base so much it just has more texture and doesn't weight you down as my in your stomach. Anyway this had all the leftover food I had around at the time on it, garlic, tomato sauce base, broccoli that came from our balcony garden (it tasted AWESOME!), peaches, pancetta, some mozzzzz and fresh basil from ye same ol' balcony garden.
